How much is delivery?
All our UK Mainland and Northern Ireland deliveries are absolutely free for orders of £50 or more, otherwise a £5.99 delivery charge will be applied.
Who will be delivering?
We always use reputable, tried and trusted couriers such as Parcelforce, Royal Mail and Panther Logistics.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to despatch orders placed by 2 pm on the same day (Mon-Fri excl. Bank Holidays), and currently, 85% of these orders have been received on the next working day. However, customers should allow up to 3 working days for their goods to arrive, particularly during peak periods.*
* Subject to exceptions for remote areas with limited transport infrastructures such as the Highlands and Islands. We regret that we are unable to accept orders from the Channel Islands or international destinations.
Time Exceptions
While we endeavour to deliver within three working days, large screen TV's (49" and above) require a 2-man courier service to ensure safe delivery. This may also affect the lead time in certain parts of the UK, and customers should allow up to 10 working days for TV deliveries to the areas listed below.
- The Highlands of Scotland
- Islands considered part of the mainland but still requiring freight access by ferry/boat (i.e. Isle of Wight, Isle of Skye, Isle of Man etc.)
