December Extended Returns Period

Please note the dates below are guidelines only and are not based on factors that are out of our control, e.g. weather conditions and courier delays.

Delivery Times

We are still advising up to 3 working days for delivery on orders* and customers will receive tracking updates from our couriers (Parcelforce, Royal Mail, Panther) once it's been dispatched.

Last Chance for Delivery In Time for Christmas

Order by 1 pm on 20th December 2024 for Pre-Christmas Dispatch*.

For Large items such as TV's, order by 10am on 19th December (11th December for delivery to Scotland) for Pre-Christmas Dispatch.

All orders placed after this time will be scheduled for dispatch on the next available working day. We will endeavour to dispatch orders, however, we will not be able to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.

Please note couriers will not be delivering orders on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or New Year’s Day (and any of their substitute bank holidays).

Time Exceptions

For 2-man courier services delivering to Highlands of Scotland or Islands requiring freight access by ferry / boat may not be dispatched till 27th December 2024

Returns Period for Christmas Orders

For orders placed between 22nd November to 20th December 2024, you must notify us by 4th January 2024 if you would like to return your order. From the date you have notified us, you will have a further 14 days to return your order to us at your own cost. Please note the item will need to be returned sealed in the packaging and in an unused condition.
